Processing & delivery times

On average, merchandise is processed and shipped from our facility according to the following timelines:

Handling time: 1 business day, Monday – Friday
Transit time: 1–3 business days, Monday – Friday
Cutoff time: Orders placed before 12:00 AM (UTC-5) receive same-day business processing. Orders received after this time are processed the following business day.

Our shipping service extends to all 50 states within the United States.

Mowviro does not provide international shipping services at this time.

The shipping method and its cost are confirmed on the checkout page before you pay.

You will receive tracking information by email within 24 hours after your package ships.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate after shipment.
If your tracking information does not update after 48 hours, contact our support team for help.

Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect addresses or other situations outside our control.

If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. Once the order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us with your order details and tracking number.

We will work with the carrier to review the issue and help find the best solution.
