Mowviro supports the quality of the products we sell.

Every purchase made at our store receives a 3-year warranty that starts when the item arrives at your delivery address.

Replacement policy

• We will supply you with a brand new identical product when your purchase qualifies for warranty replacement.
• We will give you a product of equal value if the exact item is no longer available.
• We will either repair or replace the item within a reasonable time if replacement or repair is not feasible.
• Warranty replacement applies only to eligible items with valid proof of purchase.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or improper handling.

Your rights are protected

You are entitled to the same right of refund, repair or replacement for eligible warranty items as for the original item.

If your item has a valid issue covered by warranty, we will review your request and provide the best available solution.
